Warren & Donna Rumpel

President and founder

Warren grew up in the mountains of northern New Mexico, where he enjoyed hiking, backpacking, camping, mountain biking, and snow skiing. Warren has a diverse background; he earned three degrees from New Mexico Military Institute and New Mexico State University, was commissioned as a military officer in the Army National Guard, and has worked for over 20 years in mid-level retail management and business consulting. Recently, he has served as a facility director at WoodsEdge Community Church for 19 years. Warren has led more than a dozen mission trips to Honduras, Ecuador, Malawi, Kenya, Mexico, and Israel, and he has been actively involved in local ministry. Warren and Donna have been married for 33 years, and they have four children aged from 22 to 32. Both Warren and Donna share a passion for helping adults of all ages discover their identity and love in Christ, as well as their unique calling and purpose in life. They desire for followers of Christ to confidently step into the promises that God has for them.
